"A bit closer view of the miniature. The joins in the marble tiles were very easy to do; just a line of very, very light color (not white -- there's no white in the picture) on the left and bottom edge of each tile, and a line of dark color (the base color with a lot of violet added) on the top and right edges of each tile. Where a crack runs through a shadowed area, the color is darkened slightly.
