The 'Columbo' Moment -- Just One More Thing ...
That hillside looks a little boring, especially where that stark
line bangs up against the framing. "How about some coast live oak
trees?" my brother-in-law Steve suggests. "It's not California without
oak trees." So I added the three trees (odd numbers are always more interesting
than even numbers, remember) at the extreme right. Then the very last
touch, two birds and a third one that people may mistake for a blotchy bird
but which is a hang glider. Johann used to design and build hang gliders,
so I thought this would make a nice touch.
