First his mundane last name is Crow, hence the crow on his helm. Second, he works mundanely as a butcher, therefore the crow is weilding a mean meat cleaver. And last, as the motto scrolling states, Eric's favorite word is 'Absolutely. Oh, abso-lutely.'"
