In Memoriam

Mistress Sula von Pferdenthal, OP, OL

Or, on a bend azure two
horses' heads cabossed argent.

Posted on her Facebook Page:
Candy passed away Saturday morning (March 30, 2013), free of further struggle with cancer, stroke, blood clots and the other ills that beset her final months. Thanks for the thoughts and greetings posted here or via email.

Sula von Pferdenthal was an accomplished Bard in the SCA, a member of the Orders of the Pelican (service) and the Laurel (arts and sciences), as well as quite a few other recognitions both from the West and elsewhere.

Some Reminisces:
"It has been some years since I last interacted with Sula von Pferdenthal. I always enjoyed seeing her, because of her sense of humor. It's hard to forget someone who made you laugh a lot. I was never sure why she stopped attending events, but these things happen. She will be missed." -- Hirsch von Henford
