Starting Point -- Heavy Sheet of Brass124 viewsA heavy brass sheet cutout of a beastie is
hammered sharply onto a thinner copper
sheet. This dents the basic imprint which is then
refined. The black is the pitch which holds the
copper still while the raising takes place.

Stage 3149 viewsA layer of clear glass is fired onto both sides of copper sheet.
Pure silver wires are set around the letter with tiny decorative
pure silver discs. Thin slices of murini (glass canework of a trefoil)
are placed to fill the field. One firing attaches the decorations.
