History:
The Shire of the Westermark was created in the days of, and as part of the
Province of St. Andrew.
At 12th Night, AS XV (1981) a troupe from the Shire of Westermark approached the throne amid soap bubbles and candy coins to petition for elevation to a Barony. "We your bemoaning and beseeching bozos, your hapless and helpless half-pints... have not until now called in our chips. All speak the name Westermark in tones of reverential awe. And since we have in our possession certain etchings of the most powerful in compromising positions...." and in such ways, Baronies are born.
