The Known World is a mighty oak with growing limps spread wide
Its branches give us shelter and great beauty
West Kingdom is the trunk and heart, from which they grown
Our roots are deep in solid earth when storm winds blowChorus:
Crowns of silver finely wrought, a banner spun of gold
Symbols of our noble past; great deeds from days of old
Weighty are the crowns you wear, our favors to our best
May your actions honor us, the Kingdom of the WestAt war or foreign feasting hall, no other comes before
The heroes of their legends are our friends
Our kings have crowned the first kings in younger lands
And when there’s strife most look to see just where we standChorus
The West is known for might and strength and council, wide and just
For fighters of renown and highest honor
These praises are the burden which we must bear
And each of us must treasure this – the land we share
