Mooncast shadow flows over firelight,
Tokens born of our lady’s toil,
Will she wander throughout the camp this night
Bearing favors for one and all?

Sparkling sunlight shines through the misty morn’
Peers and children begin to stir
Gracious greetings she gives, for none she’ll scorn
She embraces each one in turn

Drummers, dancers unite in even-time
In their circle she takes her place
And entrances as sure as flowing wine
Shows us beauty displayed with grace

Warrior’s worship and valor’s store
