Queen's Cypher, Shaheena al-Riyadi

Queen's Cypher made for Shaheena's second reign.
Like the ones for her first reign, these weren't
large, and so it was a bit tricky cutting out the
letter, and then filing them. Image is from
placing the cypher directly on my scanner.
