The Order of the Rose Leaf token, this is one of the first tokens used for this award. This is actually the second token I was given, the first is taped to a letter on the wall at my home, framed -- it's a long story, if you're interested drop me an email. These old copper ones were actually sort of dangerous, you could hurt yourself easily. The next versions were actual rose leaves dipped in gold, which were beautiful but fragile. At the time this is being put on the website, the current version is smaller but very sturdy. I placed the token on the scanner directly to get this image.
