Laurel Medallion made Anne of Bradford by Hirsch von Henford. I tried something that has never worked quite right each time I've done it, and it's not as clean as I'd like here, either -- and that is to do a marriage of metals for a sheet -- in other words, two metals soldered together to form a single sheet. The problem I usually have doing this is that I overheat the metals and the solder flows a bit too much, and I get solder on the surface. The idea was good, the execution wasn't as good as it should have been. I couldn't figure a good way to get a chicken inside the laurel wreath, so I tried this instead. The scratches are from trying to clean the solder off ... -- Hirsch
